With over 20 years’ experience in the field, £1 Million pounds worth of investment, and a range of CNC machines, Neville Precision Engineering is continuing to specialise in providing a leading and complete solution for aluminium extruded products.
Today, in 2020, the company has 12 CNC machining centres dedicated to the machining of aluminium profiles giving the company, which is accredited to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 (soon to be ISO45001), one of the largest facilities in the UK enabling us to be one of the most competitive in the market.
Right now, the company manufacturers parts from 50mm up to 8000+mm, with their main area of expertise being the 4 & 5 Axis CNC machining of parts over 1000mm in one operation without the need to re-index the material. At the core, Neville’s is committed to new technology, with the company investing in its technology infrastructure every year.
In fact, currently, the company uses a fully integrated production control system in addition to the latest 3D CAD/CAM software. This technology allows the use of 3D printing to make sample extrusions for our customers and the manufacture of complex jigs for our CNC machines.
Yet, to empower this continued success the company continues to invest, having invested well over £1M in new machinery allowing them to make quantities from 1 off to 1,000’s off using their 10 CNC milling machines and 2 CNC double mitre saws.
Among other investments, the company has also recently invested in another £160k in a new MECAL 8Mt 4-Axis CNC machining centre, which will complement their existing 5 MECAL machines, bringing the total investment to over £800k in the past 4 years.
